SALARIED CLIENT
Passport, visa and labor card.
Originals need to be sighted by us, and the bank`s representative. If you have a new passport and your visa page is in the old passport, both will need to be provided.
Salary certificate
Addressed to the bank we advise you on. If more than one bank, both need to be provided.
 Needs to be original on a company letter head, stamped and signed by the authorized signatory of your company.
This letter should confirm you as an employee stating your full name, passport number, nationality, start date and position. If you have had any internal deductions, and they have ceased we will require an explanation letter with the relevant details mentioned.
Pay Slips
IF SALARY VARIES FROM MONTH TO MONTH ON YOUR STATEMENT, WE WILL REQUIRE MONTHLY PAYSLIPS.
Banks statements – THIS IS A KEY DOCUMENT AND MUST BE UP-TO-DATE WITHIN A FEW DAYS PLEASE!
Depending on the financial product, we will need the original banks statements, (6 months for a Mortgage and 3 months for Rental finance) stamped by the bank. Please have these prepared at least 3 days before your 1st meeting with us and the bank. (NO INTERNET STATEMENTS AT ALL)
Liability letter/s
For mortgages, if you have any liability (e.g. car, personal, home loan) we will need an original liability letter from the bank stating all the details. This applies for joint borrowers as well.
Credit Card
The latest original Credit card statement, plus a copy of the card (front and back)
If you are renting currently, we will need the following:
Tenancy contract (original) and
Latest Utility Bill
For self employed and non resident clients, please refer to one of our Consultants.
