Kickstart

Before your visa is finialised we can get you 4 (four) times your salary to cover your initial rent, your initial car lease, your mobile phone and incidental costs.  You will need a valid employment agreement, your company must be listed by the banks, your entry visa must be stamped and a copy of your passport.  All emirates are included.  Welcome to the UAE.

 

 

 

Assistant (Rental Assist to the Rescue) - a fee based financing option

 

Rental Assist is extremely straightforward and the documentation required is effortless on your part. You would simply need to be earning more than AED 12,000 per month and have an employment record of at least 1 year with your company. But each person’s circumstances is different and we would work on your case individually.

 Available to people seeking Rental Assist in Dubai, Arjman, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. The whole process can take up to 10 working days and it is peace of mind for you and your family. Our minimum loan amounts are AED 20,000 and our maximum loan amounts are AED 250,000.  Your landlord receives his payment upfront and you pay monthly.

 

 The documents that we would require from you are:

 ►     Signed & completed application.

 ►     Copy of passport.

 ►     Copy of residence visa.

 ►     Copy of tenancy contract.

 ►     3 Months bank statements

 ►        Most recent original credit card statement & copy of card

 ►     A salary certificate from your company

 ►        MOU with your Landlord/Agency

Maximizer

 

After your visa is finialised we can get you up to AED 250,000 to cover your annual rent, your landlord is paid upfront amd you pay monthly, hoever you pay interest each month for the twelve months.  The same documents as above are required except for the MOU with the landlord.  All emirates are included.  We will find you the best rates available
