Our loan process is simple and comprehensive. Let us do the work to get you the best home loan on the market.

A mortgage loan shouldn't take that long to acquire. The following steps will help guide you through the loan process from completing an application to finalizing on your new home. With our experienced mortgage professional officers, the home financing process is simple and hassle-free.

Step 1 - Free initial consultation

We will call you and conduct a phone based initial fact-find which includes taking an overview of your financial situation. We will then conduct research and identify three to five most suitable mortgage products from our panel of some two hundred mortgage variants. The results are compiled into a free-initial-consultation report e-mailed back to you. We will then assign a financial consultant for you who will follow-up the e-mail.

Step 2 - Make an "Appointment"

Your assigned mortgage consultant will then invite you for a "Fact-Find" meeting. This is where we will discuss your financial condition, needs and preferences at length. He will also ask you to bring copies of basic documentation to kick start the credit- analysis. You will also be requested to sign the terms of business agreements and the fact-find.

Step 3 - Presentation

Your consultant will conduct further research, credit analysis and ringfence the products he has identified for you. A second meeting is made where the consultant presents the selected products and the relevant mortgage application forms are signed. Time-lines are discussed and deadlines for the transfer is set.

Step 4 - During the "Loan Process"

Once the loan application is completed,We will take the application to the Lender for assessment and to be processed to meet their credit scoring criteria.We will be responsible to collect all client's documentations. With the initial loan process, clients will receive a checklist and our loan officer to confirm their information and get their loan approved subject to Lender's lending policies. Independent will do our absolute best to meet our Lender's terms and conditions as well as ordering and reviewing the loan appraisals.

Step 5 - The "Final stage of your Loan"

Once the loan has been approved and is ready for a property transfer, your consultant will also help supply any other necessary pending documentation to get the loan from the Lender, providing full customer service till the final closing figures. Once a mortgage account has been established from the Lender, we will work hand-in-hand with the Lender to provide client's information in a timely manner so that our clients can prepare for the closing of their new purchased property.
